Q: How much the transportation freight will be?
The freight mainly depends on the total weight & packing size, the distance from the location of your site to China, and the transportation ways you actually choose.

If the distance is too far from China, our side Logistics Department won’t suggest you to choose Air Freight.

Q: How can I get your price list or official quotation?

Q: Can you offer the E-catalog or E-products Book?
Yes, we can.
In fact, we update our E-catalog on December every year, add the newest and the most popular Food Processing machines, to inform our regular clients and pending clients around the world. Meanwhile, we also eliminate some old types and some old models machines, to make sure all the machines we offer have the most efficient capacity.
Our E-catalog is the shown by PDF format, so you can check it directly in your computer or mobile more convenient. And choose the accurate machines you need.
Q: Can you offer the Supply Record?
Yes, we can.
In fact, we often participate some international tenders from various food processing progress, and the Supply Record is the necessary document. As usual, we offer Supply Record in past 3 years or 5 years, it mainly depends on client’s requirement.
About the Supply Record, there’s a very strict Control & Manage System, it is directly controlled by our General Director. Each copy must be applied in advance, after fully evaluating, if approved, our side will ask all our regular clients in the Supply Record, through official emails by every salesman. If they agree our side to offer their information to other clients, we will add this client on the Supply Record. While, if they don’t agree, we will delete this client from the Supply Record. At last, the new Supply Record including available clients will be sent to client by our General Director himself. As we all know, it relates to our clients’ business secret, we should fully respect their rights. It’s a huge work need mountains of time and energy.
So, unless for an international tender, or it’s necessary, please don’t casually ask for the Supply Record. Thanks for your kindly understanding in advance.
Q: What does the MOQ Mean?
MOQ means Minimal Order Quantity.
Each different product has a different MOQ in a certain range.
We are a factory and mainly do wholesales business. But, if suitable, trial order is also acceptable and welcome!
For most of regular machines, the MOQ is 1 set. Only some very small or mini models, there will be a MOQ requirement.
Q: Which certificates your side can offer?
Our factory has the SGS, CE, BV and ISO9001 Certificates, to suitable for various requirements of our clients from different countries and areas.
Q: How about the Products Quality Assurance?
We will offer you our official & standard Quality Assurance with our quotation.
Adopt excellent Food-contact Grade Stainless Steel SUS304 or alloy as machine material.
All electrical parts are reliable and famous brand, which works with us for many years.
Each completed machine will be strictly tested before delivery to you, and offer you the Factory Ex-works Test Report, to make sure it is in good condition.
Q: How about the Price Terms?
There are 4 different Price Terms to choose as below, no includes the delivery issue.
Our factory only in charge of the manufacture works.
Our factory in charge of the manufacture works and deliver your goods to Load Port by truck. You should look for your own forwarder in China to help you to book your own container & the space in the ship from the Ship own company, and load your goods in your booked container, at last arrange your container to load on the booked ship.
Our factory in charge of all the issues, from manufacturing, delivering, loading to freight, until your goods arrives in the destination port in your country. It includes freight cost and insurance cost. The insurance means that if there’s any damage happens during the freight, the insurance company will pay back approx. 95% reported goods value. So, when report the total value of client’s goods to the insurance company, we will calculate the 110% goods value, just in case any damage happens, and then you can get more than 100% payback for your actual goods value. It’s the routine operation.
Similar with the CIF, the only difference is that CNF didn’t include the Insurance Cost(In practice, the Insurance Cost is a very small amount, for example, the insurance cost for one 20GP container goods valued USD 50,000 usually need more or less USD 100. You can choose buy or not buy the insurance, fully ups to your own decision)
Q: Which Payment Terms are acceptable?
* For regular orders: Telegraphic Transfer (T/T):
Under Ex-works Price or FOB Price condition: 30% T/T deposit before manufacture, and 70% T/T Balance before shipment.
Under CIF Price or CNF(CFR) Price condition: 40% T/T deposit before manufacture, and 60% T/T Balance within 7 days after offering the BL copy to client.
*For regular clients that have cooperated for many years: we can accept the L/C at sight.
*For Sample Order, Trial Order and Small Value order(less than USD 5,000):
We can accept 100% payment in advance via Western Union, Paypal, or T/T.
Q: How About the Lead Time?
*.Some regular & small products are usually in stock, generally we need 3~5 days to do the packing work before the delivery.
*.Regarding to the non-stock products, the lead time 15-20 working days on receipt of your down payment. Also depends on your requirement for the product, the actual quantity of your order, also the orders arrangement in our Produce Plan List.
* About the manufacturing progress, there will be an appointed staff to follow up for each order, and will offer you the Manufacturing Progress Schedule with some real pictures from our workshop, to make you know clearly about the accurate progress for your order each day.
Q:. Can your factory accept the “Third Party Inspect”?
Yes, our factory can accept the “Third Party Inspect”. You can appoint any ““Third Party Inspect Agency” you trust. After your goods are completed, our side will inform you in advance, and you can send their inspector to our factory to do the “Third Party Inspect”, and offer the Inspect Report to you, and make sure the products quality satisfy your requirements.
In case that the inspector report any unsuitable, no matter material issue, color issue, or packing issue, you can feedback it to us, and our side will adjust and handle it at once, until it perfectly satisfy your requirements.
Q: My country locates inland and has no seaport, how to deliver my machine to my factory?
*1 If the machine is small, with a mini volume and weight, our Logistics Department will suggest you to choose the transportation way by Air, or by International Express. The cost will not be acceptable, and thus no need sea freight and no need any seaport.
*2. For some large machines, or some order with large quantity, the cost of freight by air or by international express will not be very high. The most suitable way is by ship.
For clients from inland countries, there are 2 choices:
A) For inland countries in European and Central & Western Asia, our Logistics Department will arrange the China Railway Express, it can directly deliver goods to clients’ country.
B) For other inland countries, our Logistics Department will arrange the Inter-modal Delivery. It means Sea Freight + Truck Delivery/Railway Delivery.
For example, if client’s locates in Harare, our Logistics Department will arrange the delivery way of Inter-modal, it means we arrange the ship to Beira port in Mozambique, or Durban port in South Africa, and unload goods in port, and load goods on the truck or railway, when across the frontier city in Zimbabwe, this client do the Customs Clearance, then the goods will arrive in his factory directly by truck or railway.
Our Logistics Department will design the best Delivery Plan in advance, and inform you. After you confirm, we will perfectly handle all the delivery issues for you, you only need to wait for your goods in your factory.
Q: Whats the Warranty of Your Product?
12 months for main parts , after normally works. And whole life technical supporting.
We will also offer you some quick-wear parts for free in the package, when ship machines to you.
Q: How about the After-sale Service?
Or Can you provide Training Service about machine installation & Debugging & Trial Run & Operation & Maintenance?
Yes, for some large machine or production line, all our engineers have passports, and can go to your factory to do the installation & Debugging & Trial Run, and directly train your workers until they fully know well all the necessary operation skills.
Q: Is it possible to use client’s LOGO/brand, or manufacture as per client’s special design?
Yes, we can offer the OEM/ODM service, and add client’s LOGO/brand on the machines.
Our factory also have a professional Technology Team for new research and development, so manufacturing as per client’s special design is no problem.
Q:. How about the Customs Clearance Documents?
We will perfectly make and send you all the necessary Customs Clearance Documents to you at once after you settle the balance. All the necessary Customs Clearance Documents we offered will includes
CO(Certificate of Origin)
*FORM A, FORM B, FORM E, FORM P, FORM F, FORM N, FORM X, FORM S, FORM L, FTA, FORM K also can be offered as per client’s special requirement, to save the Customs Duty cost for clients)
BL(Bill of Lading, includes all Original and Copy)
Cargo Transportation Insurance Policy(Originals and Copies)
Copy of some necessary certificates as per special requirement of different countries’ customs.
Q:.How to visit your factory ?
Our factory is located in Zhoukou City, approx. 1 and half hour far from to Zhengzhou Xinzheng International Airport(IATA:CGO；ICAO:ZHCC).
Our Marketing Center company is located in Zhengzhou City, the provincial capital of Henan, approx. 20 minutes from Zhengzhou Xinzheng International Airport-IATA: CGO: ICAO: ZHCC (henceforth referred to as “Xinzheng Airport”).
If there’s a Direct Flight to Xinzheng Airport from your country, you can take that Direct Flight and arrive in Xinzheng Airport. If there’s no Direct Flight to Xinzheng Airport from your country, you should take the “Air China” plane to arrive in Beijing, and then flight to Xinzheng Airport.
No matter which way you arrive in Xinzheng Airport, our side will perfectly arrange the Pick-up & the Hotel Booking in advance.
After arranging your accommodation in hotel, we can visit our company, and then go to visit our factory together.
